Kubik is a place of contrast. This is for those who love to have everything nearby: The splendor of the city and the calmness of the countryside. On one hand you can perceive Panama City’s vibrant life where everything is close: universities, restaurants, stores, banks, hotels, theatres, movie theatres; and on the other hand, El Cangrejo shows its other face – in front of the Andres Bello park- where professionals, college students, executives and foreigners circulate in the streets and are very polite. You can eat very well and enjoy a coffee or a drink in any of the Bohemian bars of the area, which become a get-together place. Amenities: Few buildings can reach its height of 20 floors, which guarantees great view to the residents. You can go from your comfortable apartment to your work or study place (even walking). And in the afternoons an exit communicates with the park, where you can prefer to walk, to seat under the old trees or contemplate the birds, besides you count on a private 320 sq. meter park, just before entering the Andres Bello park. |
